I run vertical sales for hospitality at Digicel Group — 25 Caribbean markets, double-digit EBITDA growth, and multi-million-dollar enterprise contracts that turn into recurring revenue.

Before that I rebuilt the Anguilla business unit from the inside. Market share 38% → 76% in two years. Sales cycles compressed by 35%. A reorg of the sales motion that shipped without losing a quarter.

Computer science by training (Leicester, '20). A few years inside Apple before Digicel. So when I take on outside engagements, the rhythm is the same: strategy on Monday, contracts by Friday — not decks that sit in a drawer.
